What exactly do you mean by "renaming his profile folder"? That sounds like
the cause of the problem. If you create a new signature through the Outlook UI, you should be able to locate the correct folder that Outlook is using for signatures. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming: Jumpstart for Power Users and Administrators http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=54 "Kubilay Elmas" wrote: Hi everyone, Since i have resetted my bosses windows profile (Windows XP) by renaming his profile folder, the Outlook signatures doesn't work. I have copied his existent signature folder from his older profile (%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures) to the new account and i configured from outlook all his signatures for "new messages" and for "reply/forward" so the signatures is insterted automaticly... But he is not getting the signatures.. In outlook 2007, there is a button to insert quickly your signature to your message in the ribbon bar, even from there he can't see the configured signatures... Please, anyone can help me with this ? |
