Outlook 2007 - Signature doesn't appear
What i did is to log on his computer with the "Administrator" account, than
i renamed the profile folder of my boss (%userprofile%) from "C:\Documents
and Settings\". In other words, if he had "C:\Documetns and
settings\MyBoss",
i renamed the "myboss" folder to "myboss_old" so that windows can create a
fresh profile with new settings/preferences like for a new user who never
used the computer.
i didn't do his signatures but just copied them from his old account
(C:\Documents and Settings\Myboss_old\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures)
to his new account (C:\Documents and Settings\Myboss\Application
data\Microsoft\Signatures). After this, i saw his signatures in Outlook UI
that they were there...
I really need to solve this problem. It looks like a registry key corrupted
to me, but before going further i wanted to ask you guys...
Thank for all helps

What exactly do you mean by "renaming his profile folder"? That sounds
like
the cause of the problem.
If you create a new signature through the Outlook UI, you should be able
to
locate the correct folder that Outlook is using for signatures.

Hi everyone,
Since i have resetted my bosses windows profile (Windows XP) by
renaming
his profile folder, the Outlook signatures doesn't work. I have copied
his
existent signature folder from his older profile
(%userprofile%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures) to the new account and i configured from
outlook
all his signatures for "new messages" and for "reply/forward" so the
signatures is insterted automaticly... But he is not getting the
signatures..
In outlook 2007, there is a button to insert quickly your signature to
your message in the ribbon bar, even from there he can't see the
configured
signatures... Please, anyone can help me with this ?
