I'll try to do that. Creating a new signature manually... and i'll let you
know if this is working or not..

What exactly do you mean by "renaming his profile folder"? That sounds
like
the cause of the problem.

If you create a new signature through the Outlook UI, you should be
able
to
locate the correct folder that Outlook is using for signatures.
