Default Scheduling sending of emails

In Outlook 2007, is it possible to schedule an email for a certain
day/time/person? Also, is it possible to use Task Scheduler to tell Outlook
to do this?

Thank you very much.

you can set an option on the message to send at a specific time. Because of
security, you can send using task scheduler. It can open a message form for
you to hit Send.

That should be 'you can't send using task scheduler'

look on the options tab when composing messages - delay delivery.
