Default Email in Outlook

I apologize if I am not posting to the correct group. You may correct me, or
redirect me if necessary.

I recently set up my computer and this forum with news groups. In Outlook
2007 with certain email I get from others, the entire text is underlined.
When I go to reply, my text is underlined. Is there some way that this can
be shut off in Outlook ...Office 2007. This is not true of all email, but it
is from certain recipients

Thank you very much for your help

Jerry
