Default backing up computer

I want to make sure that my contacts file is being backed up when I backup my
computer. I have looked for my personal folder file, but I am not sure where
it is located. Can you please instruct me as to where I should be looking?
Thank you

The contacts are in your .PST file so when you copy that, you're backing
up your contacts as well.
