Alias My languages - keyboard, etc - are all set to British and I have no problems with auto space insert, neither in Outlook nor Word, so the British English thing doesn't look correct. Googling "space before question mark" threw up a Wikipedia reference to what is called French punctuation, where it is customary to insert a space before query or screamer. Vous n'etes pas francais?
