Default insufficient resources

We have several users since November who when trying to access files on the
network, print, or basically do anything network related while having
Outlook open, they get a message stating they have insufficient resources
and cannot complete the task. If they close outlook, they can continue with
what they were trying to do. If they reopen outlook, they are usually okay
until it happens again at some unknown time in the future. If you check
performance monitor and keep an eye on outlook, you can see that outlook is
using a lot of resources.

Anyone else have this problem? We thought we had it narrowed down to
window's updates last fall. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Default insufficient resources

outlook will grab all the resources it can if the computer is not using
them, but it should release them if another program needs them, so outlook
using high resources in itself is not a problem - it not releasing them is.

Which version of outlook and windows? Do you have any add-ins installed? Is
outlook only accessing the network for Exchange mailboxes, not pst's stored
on the network? Do you reboot the systems daily?
