Default How come a message "insufficient memory" pops up when i launch it

I upgraded the beta 1 version to the Beta 2 one, the first one worked just
fine but the second one!!!
I can't launch Outlook because it tells i have to close programs as i do
not hav sufficient system ressources or memory.
I figured i'll just uninstall the program with the usual method but when i
try to the uninstalling wizard just closes itself!!!
what can I do??? Fix oulook? If so how to? or uninstall an uninstallable
pogram?????? :-s
