Rules are always an Outlook thing, even if they're "server-side" rules, and
hence your question would best be asked in an Outlook group. I'm setting up
this reply to crosspost to microsoft.public.outlook. I suggest that you try
disabling all your rules & recreate (from scratch) one of the "inside" ones
to see what happens....if it doesn't work you'll want to provide a lot more
detail, such as your versions & SP levels of Exchange & Outlook and more
background info.
