I have the same problem. Repaired the installation, uninstalled,
reinstalled. No dice. I can't even go through the support site and send a request...it won't accept the Product ID# in the format (or any other format) provided by Outlook Connector. I have also suffered problems since upgrading. I have successfully signed
into my Hotmail account only once using Outlook Connector and now Outlook wil not send or receive on any of my e-mail accounts. I cannot even access the e-mail account details and get the following error message: "The operation failed due to a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." I have reinstalled my Office Professional 2003 and tried the 'Detect and Repair'; all to no avail. Outlook is now unusable. Any suggestions? "Isaac Crow" wrote: I have the same problem.
