Default QUICK PARTS GALLERY

HI,

I am facing a problem related to the Task -insert function.

The problem is as follows-

Whenever I try to save any quick parts or tables to a gallery , it is saved
temporarily. Majority times ,when I start the computer's next session ;the
saved data is gone.

May I request you all to help me about this problem?

Regards

are you ever asked to save a template when closing outlook? The parts are
stored in the template... and its not saved until you save it when outlook
closes.

If you are never asked, check task manager after closing it to see if
outlook is still running.
