Default Outlook 2007 color options for particular contacts emails

Outlook 2003 let you assign a particular color for all email from a
particular contact. I can't figure that out in 2007. Seems like it was in
rules somewhere but I have looked several times and don't see it. Any
guidance appreciated. Thanks.

It's automatic formatting in Views. You can click Organize (tools menu) and
choose Using colors tab to add colors to the current view.
