Default Delete blocked emails

How do I setup to delete blocked senders instead of moving to the junk mail
folder? I see how to delete junk mail instead of moving it to the junk
folder but I want only to delete mail I have designated as junk because some
times I get emails that it thinks are junk when they really are not.

Thanks

So don't designate the mail designated as junk that is currently designated
as junk then they won't be treated as junk.

(I tried to write the response in the same style as your question but don't
think I've quite got it)

you'll need to disable junk email then as rules run after junk email
filtering.

I think you completely missed the point.
I do not want to have outlook automatically delete (instead of sending to
junk folder) all mail it determines to be obvious junk. I would like it to
automatically delete only the mail I have added to the blocked sender list.

Unfortunately that's not how it works - it's all one way or all the other.
