Delete blocked emails
How do I setup to delete blocked senders instead of moving to the junk mail
folder? I see how to delete junk mail instead of moving it to the junk folder but I want only to delete mail I have designated as junk because some times I get emails that it thinks are junk when they really are not. Thanks |

(I tried to write the response in the same style as your question but don't think I've quite got it) |

Delete blocked emails
you'll need to disable junk email then as rules run after junk email
filtering. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Chris" wrote in message ... Delete blocked emails
I think you completely missed the point.
I do not want to have outlook automatically delete (instead of sending to junk folder) all mail it determines to be obvious junk. I would like it to automatically delete only the mail I have added to the blocked sender list. "Alan" wrote in message ... "Chris" wrote in message ... Unfortunately that's not how it works - it's all one way or all the other.

I had a feeling it might be like that.
