email header prints sometimes, not others (repost)
IE7 is causing it, and there is a hotfix.

When the contract is printed, sometimes the header prints (I'm talking about the abbreviated email header, just From:, Set:, To:, Subject), and sometimes it does not. I get different results even on identical emails containing identical contracts. I cannot tell what determines whether the header gets printed. (In this case, it is desired that the header always be printed.) What is causing this inconsistent behavior?
