email header prints sometimes, not others (repost)

HTML emails containing sales contracts are received, then printed. When the
contract is printed, sometimes the header prints (I'm talking about the
abbreviated email header, just From:, Set:, To:, Subject), and sometimes it
does not.

I get different results even on identical emails containing identical
contracts. I cannot tell what determines whether the header gets printed.
(In this case, it is desired that the header always be printed.)

What is causing this inconsistent behavior?

IE7 is causing it, and there is a hotfix.
