My address book is not listing all the contacts that I have emailed to. Hope that you can help. You don't state your Outlook version, something you should always do whem posting a question. The following adssumes Outlook 2003. To get rid the the LDAP message, click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing diectories ro address booksNext. Select the LDAP entry and click Remove. See if the Outlook Address Book service shows in that same window and, if not, click AddAdditional Address BooksNext. Select Outlook Address Book and click Next, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook. Right-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, select Outlook Address Book, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". Click OK. -- Brian Tillman |
