When you say "I have just set up a new account in Outlook 2003" what EXACTLY do you mean? Do you mean you have set up a new Outlook profile, in which case you need to copy the emails from your old profile to your new, or, do you mean you have set up a new POP account? In which case, your old emails are still in your current pst file. Please give us some more information as to your setup, your ISP, and what exactly you did. -- Gordon Burgess-Parker Interim Systems and Management Accounting www.gbpcomputing.co.uk |

That's because if your POP account was only set up today, then how can you have emails in that account older than that? All your OTHER emails have presumably been sent to your PREVIOUS email account. they should still be in your Inbox in Outlook (or whatever folders you moved them to....) -- Gordon Burgess-Parker Interim Systems and Management Accounting www.gbpcomputing.co.uk |
