The names in the Group are not listed the way they are in my personal
address book. The Group name itself is listed alphabetically in my personal address book. When I double click on the Group name, the Group window/box/whatever-it's-called doesn't show the names in a format that can be highlighted and dragged anywhere. In the left hand pane your should see your Contacts folder, does it have a
plus sigh next to it? If so, click it, this should cause your groups to display under the folder. When you click the group under the folder it's contents will display in the right hand pane and this is where you can select and copy or drag them to another group. I fiddled around with it and finally got a left hand pane with Folders
showing. I have 6 group folders - 3 of them show the names therein when I click on them, but the other 3 don't show anything. I THINK the 3 that show names were compiled by transferring names from my own personal list. But the other 3 I had to type all the names into the Group window. "Ken" wrote in message ...
