Dividing Distribution List
According to the MS online help all I need to do to divide a distribution
list is to copy it, adjust entries, and repaste it back into Contacts folder. I followed all the steps but when I tried to copy the new DL I receive the message 'Clip board can not handle this type of data'. Therefore I can not copy it back to the contact folder. What has gone wrong? [I can open the file happily with the normal D/click or open command]. How else can I get the adjusted DL to appear in the contacts folder?
