What happens when you choose to forward as *attachment* (i.e., the entire
original message becomes an attachment, including its attachments) rather
than forward inline (which strips out parts of the original message)?

Is the attachment a graphic? Are you sending in HTML? Is Send pictures with
messages checked? Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings. Does it show in
Sent Items?

When you look at the copy of the sent message in the Sent Items folder which
should have a .msg attachment (which is the original message attached and
any of its attachments), what happens when you open that attached .msg file?
You should see the original message and any attachments it had.

While the message is in your Inbox, right click on the message header |
Properties. Check the size. If it's over 1MB, then don't send it.

If it is a graphic, you can save the picture to your HDD, resize it with a
photo imaging program, and then send it in a new message.

If you do not have a photo imaging program, you can download InfranView
(free) at:
www.irfanview.com
or:
