Default Maximum Number of Addresses

Outlook Express and Outlook both seem to have a limit of 100 addresses for
outgoing messages. Is there a way to get either (or both) Outlook Express
and/or Outlook to accept and send a single message to more than 100 addresses?

Not necessarily, it can depend upon the ISP as well. Check with them to see
what is their max number.

That has nothing to do with Outlook, or Outlook Express. How many addresses
you can include in one mass mailing is controlled by your ISP. Contact them.

Neither one is designed to deliver spam.

the BCC field is one of the most abused aspects of Internet Mail. If you
have the need to send 100 emails, then send them individually to the
recipients, and not in one mass mailing.
