Hi - I am getting duplicates of quite a bit of my mail. My server says its
not from their end, that it is Outlook Express. There are no hiccups - it
downloads directly twice.

Can any one suggest anything? I also have Yahoo and Hotmail downloading in
OE.
Judy

Duplicate messages.

For Hotmail, or IMAP accounts:

ToolsOptionsGeneral tab. Uncheck either: When starting, go directly to my
Inbox folder or, Send and receive messages at startup.

For a POP3 account, see:

Some of my correspondents are complaining of receiving my e-mail messages in
duplicate. Messages sent to myself do not duplicate in my mailbox.

Is it my computer or theirs?

Could be either. You saw the possible explanations below if it was their
problem. As for yours: This has been reported when updating Spam Bully from
V2 to V3. Do you have this, or a similar Spam program? Look there for a
possible reason.
