Default Email troubles :(

Hey all. I can post to NGs and I can receive emails from my friend but I
can't email her back! My email never gets sent and I get this message:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '.
Subject ' Hi', Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 you are not allowed to send mail to
', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Suffice to say that I get a simlilar message regardless of who I attempt to
reply to.

Can anyone help?

Thanks all!

Looks like everyone's blocked you.

Check your email settings carefully for the smtp address. It might be
misspelled.

You are not directly connected to your mail server and they will not relay.
Is your server: dress.co.uk ? The error message says you are sending from
ntworld.com.

See 550 Relaying errors:

If NTL is your ISP, then you need to use the NTL email address that they
gave you, to connect to their server.
You can use anything you like when using Newsgroups - indeed it's better to
use something that doesn't exist, to avoid spam - for instance -

(Unless you have permission to use an email address from dress.co.uk - then
you shouldn't. It's a legitimate website and all your mail will end up
there.)
See this link from NTL to set up Outlook Express -
