Downloading English version of Outlook Express
I have a Japanese version of Windows XP. I am able to download and set up
the latest English version of Internet Explorer, but the problem is that Outlook Express remains in Japanese. I am wondering if anyone can give me specific information on how to download and set up an English version of Outlook Express?
