Default Timestamp lost

Do you mean that in the list of messages, the Sent column is blank, or
it has the wrong date/time?

You mention that highlighting the message returns the time stamp. Does
it remain after that or do you lose it again? And if you lose it again,
what do you do to lose the time stamp? (e.g. switch to a different
message, switch to a different folder, restart OE, etc.)?

If you copy the messages to a different folder are the time stamps OK?

Go to File | Identites and set up a new Identity. Then you can use File |
Import to get the messages out of the older Identity.
