Default Private Note option for Meeting Organizer directly Calander event

I use Outlook 2003
Outlook should allow the Meeting Organizer to type private notes directly
into the Message event in the calendar. These notes should not be included
with Invites or Meeting Updates.

Example: In a recurring meeting every Wednesday, Jesse writes back and says,
"I will be late on the 12th" which is three weeks out. The meeting organizer
should be able to make notes regarding this without announcing to the group
that Jesse is going to be late.

What happens when you enter this note after having sent the meeting?

The Comment would be saved in the Meeting Organizer's Meeting Calander Event.
So, If I am the organizer, every time I open the meeting I should be able to
view a field marked Private Notes that only the Meeting Organizer can view.
(When Setting this note it would be ideal to select Either Attach note to All
Occurances or just this one occurance.

Can't you do this already? Perhaps I am not getting what you want to
accomplish.

For example, I set up a meeting, invite attendees, send the invite. In my
appointment on my calendar, I type in items to be sure to cover for the
meeting. The information does not go to attendees and can be appended by me
at any time.

What am I missing?
