The Comment would be saved in the Meeting Organizer's Meeting Calander Event.
So, If I am the organizer, every time I open the meeting I should be able to
view a field marked Private Notes that only the Meeting Organizer can view.
(When Setting this note it would be ideal to select Either Attach note to All
Occurances or just this one occurance.

What happens when you enter this note after having sent the meeting?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
After furious head scratching, rustyspark asked:
| I use Outlook 2003
| Outlook should allow the Meeting Organizer to type private notes
| directly into the Message event in the calendar. These notes should
| not be included with Invites or Meeting Updates.
|
| Example: In a recurring meeting every Wednesday, Jesse writes back
| and says, "I will be late on the 12th" which is three weeks out. The
| meeting organizer should be able to make notes regarding this without
| announcing to the group that Jesse is going to be late.
