I use Outlook 2003
Outlook should allow the Meeting Organizer to type private notes directly into the Message event in the calendar. These notes should not be included with Invites or Meeting Updates. Example: In a recurring meeting every Wednesday, Jesse writes back and says, "I will be late on the 12th" which is three weeks out. The meeting organizer should be able to make notes regarding this without announcing to the group that Jesse is going to be late. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
