I can't repro it. If you double click the event to open it, is the time
correct on the opened appt? Do you have more than one calendar in the profile? The only thing I can think is that you have two calendars and the appointments is an all day event in the one outlook today uses but that isn't the calendar you use. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Michael H. I'm only using one Calendar and the time is correct: 5:45-6:00 PM. The
reminder is set to zero and it is set to recur every day. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... I can't repro it.
