I outlook 2007 and have exchange and wants to share calender with co-workers,
but some have older versions. Is there a way to share my calender without having to download a 3rd party software? If not, what should I download/purchase? |

if you have Exchange server, the versions don't really matter (although its
best if they have no older than 2003) - as long as they have the correct permissions they can see your calendar. They need to open your calendar using the File, open, other users folder menu. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. I am trying to do a similar share to older versions. Under my profile I have
setup a secondary calendar that I want to share out to coworkers. However when I have a 2003 user open my folder, it brings up my calendar and not the secondary calendar. Is there a way to have more than 1 calendar and share it out to others on an older version of outlook?
