I am trying to do a similar share to older versions. Under my profile I have
setup a secondary calendar that I want to share out to coworkers. However
when I have a 2003 user open my folder, it brings up my calendar and not the
secondary calendar. Is there a way to have more than 1 calendar and share it
out to others on an older version of outlook?

if you have Exchange server, the versions don't really matter (although its
best if they have no older than 2003) - as long as they have the correct
permissions they can see your calendar. They need to open your calendar
using the File, open, other users folder menu.

I outlook 2007 and have exchange and wants to share calender with
co-workers,
but some have older versions. Is there a way to share my calender without
having to download a 3rd party software?
If not, what should I download/purchase?
