Default sharing 2007 calender with older versions of outlook

if you have Exchange server, the versions don't really matter (although its
best if they have no older than 2003) - as long as they have the correct
permissions they can see your calendar. They need to open your calendar
using the File, open, other users folder menu.

I outlook 2007 and have exchange and wants to share calender with
co-workers,
but some have older versions. Is there a way to share my calender without
having to download a 3rd party software?
If not, what should I download/purchase?
