Default My Outlook reminders will not show up on the screen.

Some time back, my reminders stopped popping up on the monitor screen. The
sound played, the task bar showed an orange entry, but when I would click on
it, the image looked like it opened off the crt screen to the right. I tired
to use the disk to repair it. The repair would not complete. I couldn't
even complete a re-install of the program. I'm worried that this is a more
serious problem.
