Default Can calendar reminders to pop up on someone else's screen?

I am PA to CEO and would like to have the reminders for her Calendar pop up
on my screen as well as on hers. We are both very busy and I need to be able
to remind her to go to appointments as she often ignores the reminder pop
ups. I have Editor status for her Microsoft Outlook folders.

To get her reminders, you would need to copy her appointments to your calendar or maybe use one of the notification tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/notify.htm
