When I print a series of months, some are labeled with the name of a single
month(e.g. June 2008) while others are named with a range of months, usually before and after the focal month (e.g., June 2008-August 2008). Both the pages above have days from the previous and following months but show no appointments except in the focal month. I have done the Print-Page Setup to 1 page/month and checked the "Print Exactly One Month Per Page" but it makes no difference. I never had this occur in Outlook 2003 and I don't recall it happening in Outlook 2007 until recently. I ran the Microsoft Office Diagnostics and it claims all is up to date and well. Is there a solution other than printing a single month at a time? I have to plan fairly far in advance and need a year from current date to keep things from conflicting. |

Try the Outlook 2007 Calendar Printing Assistant. It has way many more
templates that might suit you. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...687211033.aspx "chf" wrote in message ...
