The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail
message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Customer Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Customer

Translation: If you call for this hotfix, ask for it by KB number (931657),
state that you have IE7 installed, and that OE/OL headers aren't printing.
If you don't ask any other questions (literally), the hotfix will be
provided to you without charge.

This hotfix will be included in the next Cumulative Update or Roll-up for
IE7.
