For some unknown reason the year & date was changed on my PC and now all
'single' appointments have disappeared. Only the recurring ones remain. There is nothing in the archive files. Is this information now just lost forever? I have outlook 2003. Thanks |

If the appointments were made while the system thought the year and
date were different, my best guess is that the appointments are still on your calendar with the date and times as entered. You can change your VIEW on the calendar to BY CATEGORY. Then see if you can find some of the missing appointments and change their dates to what you really intended. Nikki "Jules" wrote in message ... HI NIkki,
Thank you for your reply. Only the recurring appts are shown in catagory view. However I have since managed to locate Calandar in Archive Folder which has all the missing appts. Is there an easy way to now make these 'current'? Thanks "Nikki Peterson [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: If the appointments were made while the system thought the year and date were different, my best guess is that the appointments are still on your calendar with the date and times as entered. Click/shift-click or click/ctrl-click will allow you to select ranges of items for dragging all at once. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
