Default Outlook 2007 Holiday start times

In Outlook 2007 all my Holidays start at 1:00 AM, how do I change the default
to have them start at the beginning of the work day say 8:00 AM?

they should be all day events starting at midnight... that they start at 1
means you changed the time zone settings after importing them. if you want
them to run from 8-whatever you'll need the make the change yourself.
