Default schedule different start times on different days in outlook

My work schedule requires me to work different starting times on different
days. I wanted to create a calendar that shows when I am actually at work.
By default outlook seems to require the same starting time each day.

Thanks for your response anmd that’s' not to say it wasn't helpful, just that
I am still trying to figure out what to do.

So your best recommendation of how to create the appearance of those periods
on different days would be to enter fake appointments for the days and times
that I am working on a 24 hour calendar.

Like Sat-Sun-Mon 7:30 to 15:30 Tue-Wed 15:30 to 23:30

John
