one of my coworker is having a outlook calender problem. here is her
description: "I am able to organize meetings on behalf of those I support, and I am encountering the following issue: I’ve arranged three recurring meetings On Behalf of John Doe, and in listing the attendees for the meeting in the “To:” box, I included John Doe. This caused him to be listed as both Organizer and Attendee in the meeting series. Now I cannot access the meeting series from either his calendar or mine to make changes, such as updating meeting time, adding meeting attendees, or even cancelling the meetings. Outlook has taken away these options, treating Richard Webley as Attendee Only. I welcome your aid in troubleshooting this." my coworker has the "editor" permission for John Doe calender. Anyone how to fix this? thx in advance. |

Is she a delegate or only have Editor permissions to the calendar? What version of Outlook?

yes she has "editor" permission t the calender. How do I check if she has
"delegates" permission. But I think she has it? Does it really matters if she has delegates permission or not? Thanks in advance. If she is organizing the meeting as his delegate, she does not have to add him to the attendees. This confuses Outlook. If she is organizing it as editor on his calendar and not a delegate, does the problem exist?
Also, please verify that she actually IS a delegate for John Doe (Right click Calendar folder, select the Delegates tab) -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
