Default Scheduling a Meeting

I have two issues.

The first issue is when a user tries to schedule an appointment on his
calendar and clicks on Save it automatically goes to the current time.

2) If I share his calendar and give myself Ownership control I see other
appointments on his calendar. Also, I see the appointment he made at the
correct time.
