How do I combine multiple calendars into one calendar?
I am looking to combine multiple employee calendars into one calendar that I
can view side-by-side with my own. I was using OfficeCalendar, but we have recently switched to a server. I want to create the same environment from OfficeCalendar with the server.

How do I combine multiple calendars into one calendar?
You didn't say what version of Outlook you're using or if Exchange is your mail server. These are important factors.

How do I combine multiple calendars into one calendar?
On the Calendar navigation pane, you should be able to open other users' calendars and check their check boxes so that they appear side-by-side. For other solutions, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm Note that Outlook 2007, the next version, will allow you to overlay multiple calendars on top of each other, not just display them side-by-side.
