I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 with BCM.
I have multiple pst files which I want to combine into one and clean that one up. I have created a new outlook folder and copy and pasted all the old pst files into it. Unfortunately they are numbered Outlook3.pst, Outlook4.pst etc. How do I combine them? I can open each and they are unique yet I want to merge them into one file. I have a folder on my desktop where I saved old pst files. Now I went into C:\Documents and Settings\*user name*\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\NewOutlook And took the pst files from the desktop, put them in this new folder in the above path. Obviously this doesn’t work. How can I clean it up? |

The only way to combine the 'data' is by opening the pst files, within OL
and copying data to the new pst. Ensure your new pst is in OL2003 format, then closing the old pst's. Keeping a pst on the desktop could lead to problems "krasher" wrote in message ... Thanks. I will try that after cloning my machine and see if I clean up all my
Outlook files. "DL" wrote: The only way to combine the 'data' is by opening the pst files, within OL and copying data to the new pst.
