Default Where is "DELAY" feature in Outlook Calendar ????

English isn't my native language. Please sympathize if there is any fault in
my e-mail
Dear Microsoft
I am a hard-working student so I need a software calendar to plan my study.
I've already used a lot of calendar software and Outlook is the best of them.
But I completely disappointed because Outlook CAN'T DELAY my checklist. For
example:
Tuesday 1/1/2007: - Study "Unit 5: Extreme"
- Complete the homework of Unit 4
- Do the excerise 5 page 12
Wednesday 2/1/2007 - Read the passage about Sports
- Make a leaflet about your city
- Pronunciation /h/
Thursday 3/1/2007 - Review Unit 4;5
- Descibe an advert you saw on TV
- Show to class about the crocodile
Friday 4/1/2007 ............
Saturday 5/1/2007 ............
Monday 7/1/2007 ............
Tuesday 8/1/2007 ............
......etc....
My checklist was very long. When I wanted to delay my checklist of 2 weeks,
I couldn't find the best way to this. Don't tell me that I must drag and drog
each event to 2 next weeks.
I think Microsoft should improve and add this feature I've just suggested in
Outlook Calendar.
Your sincerely
Do Minh Quan
