Default Printing a calendar listing by a single category

Is it possible to print a list based on a single category from Outlook?

I have appointments every day at 5:30 Monday thru Friday. Some are placed
just once in the calendar for a single time, others are recurring (such as
every other Thursday, or third Wednesday of every month).

I have these placed in a separate category so I can see them when I go under
View by categories.

I would like to be able to print a listing a month or two at a time, showing
when we have available time on the schedule.

I've studied this thing, but can't figure it out. Any help would be
appreciated.

Ed

Outlook printing is WYSIWYG, so the first step is to filter the view so that it shows only the category you're interested in. (If you need to do this often, you might want to create a new named view with that filter.) You can then print a list using the calendar details print style.
