Default printing outlook monthly calendar on daytimer paper booklet format

How do I print outlook monthly calendar on daytimer paper (2 pages per month,
senior pocket) in a paper booklet format i.e. so that the printing is on both
sides of paper but so when put together it is a usable pocket calendar.
Please... help. For years I have been wanting to print my own daytimer
senior pocket calendar for the year - with my entries from outlook. The
daytimer paper is lovely, but why would I want to start with all those blank
pages, when everything is already in outlook. Daytimer offers paper - which
I have, but no support for Outlook. Microsoft offers a booklet format and
recognition of Daytimer paper but nare the twain shall meet...
