2 computers with Outlook 1 on Microsoft Exchange 1 MSN DSL
I have Outlook 2003 on my laptop and my wife has Outlook 2002 on hers. My
company uses a Microsoft exchange server and she is using MSN DSL through Qwest. When she sends me appointments from her calendar it comes through normal and I can respond just as I do to people at work. The problem I am having is when I send her an appointment it comes through as a regular e-mail and she cannot accept nor will it post in her calendar. Any suggestions? I am trying to link out 2 calendars together so we each know whats going on in our day as well as knowing when we have seen the new scheduled appointments. -- Thank You, Bill |

Are you adding her name from your Contacts? If so, open her contact record and double-click the e-mail address. Examine the "Internet format" drop-down. Does it say "Let Outlook decide..."? If not, choose that. -- Brian Tillman |

Hi Brian,
I went into options and mail format and it shows HTML. I do have her setup as Let Outlook Choose. Do you have any other suggestions that might help. -- Thank You, Bill "Brian Tillman" wrote: Bill G wrote: I have Outlook 2003 on my laptop and my wife has Outlook 2002 on hers.
