IE6-OE using Bellsouth.net's DSL to MSN/Hotmail server

I've tried almost everything i could find (in the way of help & fix methods) through Google. Can can any one help me with this? Thanks for any help any of you can provide. BTW- I use Incredimail program (comes free with Bellsouth DSL service) to get my Bellsouth accounts email. S_H
