I have an extra calendar folder, that, I believe is a remnant from a VPN that
I was connected to, Many of my appointments go to that calendar, while I synchronize to the calendar in my personal folder. Oultook will not let me delete this calendar. How can I find out the path to each calendar, and how can I get one calendar for all my appointments? Thanks |

Is it a calendar associated with an Exchange server?

No.
It was. I ceased working with the company whose VPN I was on, and deleted the account related to it. Chuck "Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Is it a calendar associated with an Exchange server? If that calendar folder is named "Calendar" and is in a PST other than your delivery location, you will not be able to delete it. In any PST, folders whose names match the default folder names are undeletable. If you want a second PST with none of the default folders, you'll need to create a new one (FileNewOutlook Data File) and then move to it all the folders OTHER than the default name folders. Once you are done, you can close the source PST and remove it from disk the nest time you exit Outlook. All PSTs, however, will have a default folder named Delete Items and you cannot change that. -- Brian Tillman |
